• Transaction Data: Orders, bills, invoices, and payment records you create.
• Menu & Inventory: Food items, prices, categories, and stock you enter.
• Device Info: Device model and OS version for troubleshooting.

• Camera: Used for scanning QR codes for table orders and barcode scanning for inventory.
• Microphone: Used for voice command input for hands-free order entry.

Location is used to auto-fill your restaurant's address during setup and assist with delivery zone management. Location data is not shared with any third party. You can deny this permission and still use core billing features.

With your permission, we send notifications for new orders, payment confirmations, low stock alerts, and app updates. You can manage or disable notifications anytime via Android Settings → Apps → MS Billing Restaurant → Notifications.

• Encryption in Transit: All data is sent over HTTPS/TLS.
• Secure Servers: Data is stored on secured cloud servers with access controls.
• Local Storage: Offline data is stored securely on your device.

• Firebase (Google): Push notifications and crash analytics.
• Google APIs: Location and maps services.
• Socket.IO: Real-time order updates (no personal data stored).

• Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years per Indian GST regulations.
• Account Data: Retained until account deletion is requested.

To delete your account and data, contact us at the email below. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

MS Billing Restaurant is a business app for users 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" above and notify you via an in-app notice on the next app launch.
